Cocoa Beach to Key West
January 17 - January 27 (Trip #1)

The January Keys’ trips are very popular, thus back-to-back runs. We will have to play “hardball” on the number we can accommodate on each trip. The cutoff number will be 35 for each ride--first come, first served. Receipt of application form, risk form and non-refundable deposit will be necessary to guarantee space on each trip.

At the end of the trip, our last day of riding will take us all the way to a campground on the outskirts of Key West. We will do our Key West sightseeing that evening and transport back to Cocoa Beach during daylight hours on the Wednesday of January 27 or the Wednesday of February 10. Any lodging that might be needed on either of the Wednesday nights will be at the rider’s expense. This is always a great ride with a great group of people. (Riders using air transportation are encouraged to fly in and out of Orlando and use the shuttle that runs between Orlando and Cocoa Beach.)

Trail Fee: $895 (Increase due to higher fuel costs.)

Non-Refundable Deposit: $100

Includes the following:

• Team shirt
• Lodging, basic ground arrangements, staff, vehicles, etc.
• Transportation from the Keys back to Cocoa Beach. Participants will be
  responsible for getting their own transportation to Cocoa Beach for the
  start of the trip and back home at the end of the trip.
• Ten (10) meals per riding week. Participants will be responsible to buy all
  other meals.

Optional Expenses: (not included in trail fee)

• Bike rental (11 days) - $100
• Daily spending money (over and above meals you must purchase)
• Bike repairs - All bike repair labor will be charged, and repair parts sold, at a fair price. Please be prepared to pay for these when repairs are made.
